Terms of Service

PitchOdds provides statistics and information: calibrated pre-match football probabilities, the model's reasoning, and a public track record of every prediction we publish, including the misses. PitchOdds is not a bookmaker, not a betting service, and not a tipster. We do not accept, place, or facilitate bets, and nothing on this service is betting or financial advice. Probabilities are estimates — they are frequently wrong, and we publish exactly how often. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

The service is intended for users aged 18 or over. If gambling is causing you harm, seek help — in Nigeria, the National Problem Gambling Clinic and similar services can assist.

You sign in with your email address and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep sign-in emails and codes to yourself. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automated scraping beyond the public API, attempting to access other users' data, or reselling membership content). You can request account deletion at any time by emailing contact@pitchodds.app.

Pro membership unlocks additional analytics (open Daily Slips, live in-play probabilities, the full scoreline board, Model vs Market, bookmaker odds snapshots, kickoff alerts, and the members' Telegram channel). Payments are processed by Flutterwave; we never see or store your card details.

• Monthly Pro renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds.
• Season and Weekend Passes are one-time purchases for a fixed period and are non-refundable once the period has started.
• Billing errors (double charges, payment taken without activation) are refunded in full — email contact@pitchodds.app with your transaction reference.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change; changes never apply retroactively to an active period.

Every prediction and every Daily Slip we publish is scored publicly after the matches finish, wins and losses alike. We never claim guaranteed outcomes, and any member content presented as "sure" would violate our own rules — if you ever see language like that from us, something has gone wrong and we want to know.

Don't misrepresent PitchOdds content as betting advice when sharing it; don't resell, redistribute or scrape members-only content; don't attempt to disrupt the service. The public API is offered for personal, non-commercial use at reasonable request volumes.

The service is provided "as is". We work hard on accuracy but do not warrant that predictions, statistics, odds snapshots, or live data are correct, complete, or timely. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitchOdds is not liable for any losses — including betting losses — arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Match data, odds snapshots, and crests originate from third-party providers and remain their property. Our predictions, reasoning text, and site content are ours — you may share them with attribution, but not resell them. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date, and continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions: contact@pitchodds.app.
